A favourite part of the house, the Bunker Bar is made for easygoing afternoons and evenings.
With a pool table, dartboard, television and generous fridge space, it’s the perfect place for a little friendly competition, watching the summer sport or simply catching up.
The Bunker Bar also has its own toilet and outdoor shower.
For quieter moments, the separate media room offers a comfortable retreat.

There are also two additional bathrooms upstairs, including a main bathroom with double vanities, shower and toilet, and a second bathroom with a single vanity and shower.
Downstairs
The main living and entertaining spaces are on the lower level, along with an additional bathroom with shower and vanity.

Walk into the village for coffee and pastries from La Banette, browse the beautiful local shops, enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner, or pick up everything you need for an evening at home.
Avalon Beach is just a short stroll away, and Palm Beach is an easy drive when you feel like exploring further.
