Vetting and No Party Policy:
At Palm Beach Holiday Rentals we understand your property is a prized and valuable asset and as such we take professional pride in qualifying and vetting our guests. Our contract includes a no party policy and stipulates the bond will be forfeited if the agreement is not adhered to.
Cleaning and Linen Services:
We have a selection of excellent cleaners and linen services and we would allocate a particular cleaner and linen service to look after your property for all bookings. Linen is included in the advertised rate for the property.
Property Maintenance:
We employ professional maintenance people to care for all properties under our management. Our dedicated staff are knowledgeable on all aspects of real estate property maintenance and supervision. We have contingency plans in place for just about all risks and disaster related incidents.

We have a very simple and transparent structure. The house is thoroughly checked prior to guest arrival, keys are either picked up from our off ice otherwise guests are met at the property.
