THE SANCTUARY

We were so lucky to stay in this amazing property with our family after our wedding. It was the perfect place to show our family this beautiful part of the Australia. As soon as you walk through the doors you feel the wow factor. The property is set up well for different couples due to the two separate sleeping wings, and the dining/lounge in the middle where we can meet up to sit by the fire and enjoy the view. We are hoping to be back each year for our anniversary!

I was so grateful to have stayed at The Sanctuary with my loved ones for a very special occasion. Laura & the team were extremely helpful in working with me to find the perfect home for what I was after, well in advanced of my stay. The Sanctuary itself is exactly as described, a beautiful, peaceful sanctuary. The location is incredible, the home is clean and very well proportioned and the sunrises, sunsets & sound of the ocean were amazing. Thank you to the wonderful team & owners for my stay.

A group of beautiful girlfriends, beautiful house and an even more beautiful view!!! This house is stunning and has prime position on Avalon Beach with everything you could possible need for the perfect weekend away. This house is perfectly set up to never leave it (apart from for swims:) but it's great that the shops are so close for anything you need. The kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need to cook for the weekend. Definitely one of our faves!!

We had a fabulous family Christmas at The Sanctuary. The kids loved being able to walk everywhere and we loved watching them play on the beach from the front deck. House was the perfect venue for our family. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our family in this beautiful home. We were staying here to attend our daughter's weekend wedding so we were all feeling very excited. It was a wonderful house that felt so relaxed and easy and that made our weekend feel even more special. Such a great feeling to sit back and enjoy the view and ambience that balanced the excitement. The staff were very kind and friendly and even treated us with some chocolates and bubbles as a gesture of congratulations.

Just an amazing place - fantastic views of the ocean from so many parts of the house make this place quite unique. Its also enormous, which is perfect for a grwon up family or multiple couples. Avalon is a great village with everything you need just 10 minutes walk away. we would definitely love to stay here again, but perhaps not in the height of summer as the lack of aircon in the bedrooms did make it hard to sleep on the few hot still nights that we had (the only reason why the place lost one star)

What a dream is was to spend the weekend here...there was a Christmas tree and decorations around the mantelpiece which put us straight in Christmas holiday mode! We arrived to a fresh bouquet of lilies, chocolates and a botte of champagne in the fridge. Absolute luxury - we'll be back!

Thank you for having us stay in your beautiful home... What a wonderful home to spend the weekend in creating memories with our family after the sydney lockdown! The property was fully stocked with everything we needed. Pantry basics, products in all the bathrooms and beautiful, fresh linen. Outdoor area great for entertaining and even when it rained on our last day there was firewood in the house to stay warm. Just incredible. We hope to return :)

This is one of the most stunning properties on the Northern Beaches. From the moment you approach the house, your eye is drawn to the magnificent views of Avalon Beach and the surf. The house is absolutely beautiful and has tonnes of space. Everything is beautiful from the bed linen to plates and everything in between. When I arrived, there was a beautiful welcome pack and champagne chilling - I went straight out to the deck with my glass of champagne and watched the ocean. I booked the house in winter but with the underfloor heating, massive fire place and outside fire pit, there were never any issues. Perfect location to walk to Avalon - I found the house so stunning though I never wanted to leave and had dinner every evening on the massive deck with a glass of wine by the fit pit later on.
